onefish twofish will gladly refund or exchange any item you purchase provided it is returned to us unused in original condition (tags still attached) within 14 days of your purchase.(21 days for international customers).

Unfortunately we do not refund postage costs. In the case of a refund, where delivery of your item was via our "free shipping offer" a fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund amount to partially cover our original postage costs. In the case of the exchange of an item you will be responsible for a postage charge of $6.00 to ship the new items.

Where the item being exchanged or returned was faulty, a full refund of the original price plus postage will be made.

All refunds will be in the original form of payment for the item.

onefish twofish provides free postage for items anywhere in Australia.

Where possible your items will be shipped within 24 hours of your order via express post. For international orders, postage will be calculated automatically upon checkout with your items shipped via airmail.
